We loved the luxurious room with exclusive amenities, such as the private facilities and the stunning view from the balcony. the attendants provided impeccable service and made us feel like VIP guests. the Bar/ Lounge area was beautiful and had a great selection of drinks.
The only minor issue we encountered was the slow service at breakfast, but this was outweighed by the quality of the food and the attentive staff. our experience at this hotel was exceptional and exceeded our expectations.

Stunning views of the lake, top-notch staff, excellent amenities, and immaculate cleanliness. The fitness room is impressive and by far the best I've seen in this city. I appreciated the delicious complimentary fruits and biscuits in my room and the beautiful garden area. The bathtub facing the lake was a highlight of my stay, providing unbeatable views while relaxing in the tub. The staff were friendly and provided quality service throughout my entire stay.

The hotel has a great location on top of a hill, offering amazing views of Erhai Lake and the surrounding greenery. Guests can easily walk to the lake and explore the area. the rooms are spacious and well-designed, with comfortable furniture and high-quality amenities. the staff is friendly and provides excellent service, making guests feel at home. Breakfast is delicious with a variety of options to choose from.
The hotel's coffee machines are sometimes slow, making it difficult to enjoy a quick cup of coffee.

The hotel is located in a beautiful spot, with stunning views of the lake. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast is a highlight with a wide variety of food and good coffee. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-designed, and offer complimentary movies. a great value for money in a location that is perfect for nature lovers seeking a quiet break.
One downside is the hotel's remote location, which makes it quite isolated and far from the city center. Despite these issues, the hotel staff made up for it with their excellent service and hospitality.
